This song still has life in it, I believe. I’m not sure I’ve ever performed it on this actual beat. Ever! These lyrics fit onto so many other beats, I’ve had them written for well over a decade now. I can switch speeds with the cadence of these words at a moment’s notice, it’s fun. But I rarely perform this song. I don’t know why. I remember once, maybe 6 years ago, when I performed it at Suba Lounge on Collge for a University of Toronto event, I warned them the next song was gonna be… a bit cheeky.They shrugged and murmured.

I took a breath.

Stood center stage.

Put the mic to my mouth.

Exhaled.

And dropped the first line: “I’m a vaginal cannibal…”

THE EXPLOSION OF LAUGHTER AND CHEERS drowned out the next 12 bars of me performing the verse! It was unbelievable, ha ha! One of the top ten crowd reactions I’ve ever had, for sure.
